Next Induction course - Saturday May 2, 2009 - (10AM – 2PM)
This four-hour course is for those who wish to take part in their normal weekly training sessions. During this induction course, you will learn the history and structure of Tactical Krav Maga, basic concepts, safety procedures, the curriculum and how they train. This is also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about Krav Maga training. Requirements for this course: must be over 18 years of age and have a reasonable standard of fitness. This course will be held at our training venue. Upstairs, Unit G3 - 18 Triton Drive Albany.
TKM Instructors Course - Auckland December 5 – 9, 2009.
This course is for those who not only want to teach the Tactical Krav Maga system but also take their training to a new level. Training includes, but is not limited to: Teaching the TKM system against single and multiple attackers, knife attacks, gun threats, stick attacks, defending attacks whilst standing and sitting, ground fighting, control and restraint, moving through crowds, tactical solutions, applying TKM techniques to real world scenarios. Force contingency will be strongly addressed in this course. Upon completion, students will be awarded a TKM Instructor certification recognized by the International Tactical Krav Maga College. The TKM training DVD and a copy of Itay Gils book "A citizens guide to stopping suicide attackers". The instructor for this course will be Carl Halley - CEO International Tactical Krav Maga College.
Requirements to attend this course:
Must be over 18 years of age, be physically fit, have completed levels 1 - 10 of the TKM system, must provide evidence of having no criminal history, provide a C.V. and have at least 200 hours of martial arts, defensive tactics, or self defense training.
