International 4-day Training Camp

During July 24-27, 2008 there will be International 4-day Training Camp, which is the successor to previous years' successful camps at the regiment Life Guards. This year it will be held at the centrally located training center in downtown Stockholm. The instructors will be very experienced Swedish Civilian, Military and Police KM instructors.
 
Training will include:
 
Basic and advanced defenses against unarmed attacks standing and on the ground
 
Basic and advanced defenses against stick, knife and gun threats and attacks
 
Basic and advanced attacks standing and on the ground
 
Take-downs and defenses against take downs
 
Basic 3:rd party protection
 
Training indoors and outdoors
 
Basic use of blunt and sharp objects for self-defense
 
Use of common objects
 
Basic fight tactics and fight training
 
Introduction to pistol shooting
 
Theory: Survival Stress Reaction, Tactics before and after an encounter etc
